All charges for usage of the TPG Internet Help Desk will be billed directly to your Telstra Telephone Account at a rate of 80 cents per minute (higher from mobile and pay phones). This amount will appear on your next Telstra bill.
This service is available 9am - 10pm, Monday to Friday as well as 11am - 6pm, Saturdays AEST, excluding NSW public holidays.
